Perimenopause & Menopause Care

Understand what’s changing. Know your options. Make informed decisions.

Perimenopause and menopause can affect far more than your menstrual cycle. Changes in sleep, energy, mood, cognition, body composition, sexual health and overall well-being can leave you wondering whether what you're experiencing is "normal" — and what, if anything, you should do about it.

I provide evidence-based perimenopause and menopause care to help you understand what's changing, identify what may need further investigation, and make informed decisions about treatment and long-term health.

When should you consider perimenopause or menopause care?

You don’t need to be certain that you’re in perimenopause before seeking care. You may benefit from an assessment if you’re experiencing:

Changes in your menstrual cycle or bleeding pattern

Hot flashes or night sweats

Brain fog or difficulty concentrating

Changes in weight or body composition

Vaginal or urinary symptoms

Questions about HRT or other treatment options

Sleep difficulties

Fatigue or changes in energy

Mood changes, anxiety or irritability

Changes in libido or sexual health

New or worsening headaches or migraines

Sometimes these changes are related to the menopause transition. Sometimes there are other factors worth considering. The goal isn't to assume every symptom is hormonal — it's to figure out what makes sense in the context of your health.

Evidence-based care for the menopause transition

Perimenopause doesn't look the same for everyone, and there isn't a single treatment plan that works for every woman. Your care starts with your individual symptoms, menstrual history, health history, medications, risk factors and goals.

Understand What's Happening
$0.00

We'll look at whether your symptoms and menstrual changes fit with perimenopause or menopause, while considering other potential contributors when appropriate.

Test thoughtfully
$0.00

Hormone testing isn't automatically necessary to diagnose perimenopause. Because hormone levels can fluctuate significantly during the menopause transition, a single test doesn't always provide a useful answer.

When testing is appropriate, we'll focus on information that can actually help guide your care.

Make Informed Treatment Decisions
$0.00

We'll discuss treatment options based on your symptoms, health history, preferences and goals. This may include menopausal hormone therapy (HRT/MHT), non-hormonal approaches, lifestyle strategies or further investigation when appropriate.

Not every symptom needs a supplement. Not every woman needs extensive testing. Your care should be based on what is actually likely to help.
